A clear plan for the things that need to go.
Hot tubs are bulky assemblies with electrical, plumbing, and access considerations. We review photos, dimensions, gate width, deck placement, and the route to the truck before determining the removal approach.
The unit must be drained and safely disconnected before service unless the quote states otherwise. Built-in surrounds, decks, cranes, or complex utility work may require another qualified provider before haul-away can begin.

What to share when you request a quote
Include the number of items or approximate volume, where everything is located, and the path from the items to the loading area. Photos are especially useful for bulky items, mixed piles, demolition work, and full-room cleanouts.
Restricted, hazardous, exceptionally heavy, utility-connected, or regulated materials require advance disclosure. If something falls outside the service, we would rather identify that during review than after the crew arrives.
