Appliances must be disconnected and emptied before pickup unless the written quote includes otherwise. Tell us about stairs, tight turns, or built-in installations so there are no surprises on service day.

What to share when you request a quote
Include the number of items or approximate volume, where everything is located, and the path from the items to the loading area. Photos are especially useful for bulky items, mixed piles, demolition work, and full-room cleanouts.
Restricted, hazardous, exceptionally heavy, utility-connected, or regulated materials require advance disclosure. If something falls outside the service, we would rather identify that during review than after the crew arrives.
